MH17 suspect tapes exhibit setting up behind BUK missile go

In one snippet, Dubinsky suggests that there is nothing at all he can do in opposition to the Ukrainian beat aircraft. ‘If I can get the BUK process early enough in the early morning, I can choose it there. Then it is okay. If not, I’m in the shit,’ he says.
